Pamela Cox is a member of the SourceAmerica Board of Directors.

Cox is the Project Manager for Global Connection to Employment. Prior to GCE, Cox worked for Gulf Coast Enterprises in Washington, D.C. at the Armed Force Retirement Home.

Cox brings experience hiring employees with disabilities within SourceAmerica guidelines. She has expertise in interviewing, training, supervising, and completing annual performance evaluations, time studies, being compliant with company policies, and state and federal regulations regarding environmental services and government inspections. As Project Manager for GCE, she works closely with the Contracting Office Representative for the government to ensure all operations of the contract are within government regulations.

In 2017 Cox received the People Pillar Award from Baptist Health Care. In 2019 she received the Spencer B. Jones Outstanding Achievement Award from Global Connection to Employment.

Cox is a native of Washington, D.C. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Contract Acquisition and a master's degree in Business with a concentration in Management from Strayer University.
